Develop Position Specifications

During our assessment of each position, we thoroughly examine the responsibilities, challenges, and desired profile for the role, which includes an evaluation of the personality and leadership style of our client’s current management team, and the team with which the position will interface. The final outcome is a concise and detailed Position Profile which guides our search parameters and expedites the hiring process.

Formulate Search Strategy

Presentation of Short List

Once we have whittled down the long list, we present a Short List of candidates to our clients, detailing professional and technical qualifications.

Verification and Selection

Once our clients express interest in a candidate, we conduct informal and formal reference checks, assist in structuring employment offers, and manage candidate expectations during term negotiations. We then assist with the candidate’s transition into the new position, and other relevant final details to ensure our client’s full satisfaction.

Candidate Acclimation and Retention Assistance

After a successful placement, we maintain contact with both the client and candidate to ensure continued satisfaction.
